Simple tasks like emptying tipping skips can be hazardous, from getting in and out of the tele handler on muddy ground through to pulling a handle to tip the skip forward, too many times we have seen reports of unnecessary falls or injured hands.

The tele handler driver remains seated in the cab as the mechanism automatically locks onto the forks as the skip is raised from the ground. At the point the skip needs to be emptied, once again the driver remains in the safety of the cab and simply uses the controls to tip the skip and empty the contents.

Efficiency is also key. The time saved by using an Auto-Locking Tipping Skip over the standard Tipping Skip is significant. The way the skip is engaged, emptied and then disengaged can be done in less than half the time of the roll forward skip.

The Auto-Locking Tipping Skip has been designed to reduce risk and increase efficiency during the emptying process. Simply drive your forks into the pockets and the automatic mechanism will lock itself to the forks of the Telehandler when elevated, this negates the Forklift Driver exiting the safety of his cab in both the lifting and emptying operation. Also includes the added benefit of 4-way pocket entry for ease of positioning on site.
