TAG Online warrants that in order to provide a refund or return, the issue will be among the following factors:

• Damaged on arrival, with damages reported within 3 working days of the receipt of the item.
• Defective upon arrival, with damages reported within 3 working days of the receipt of the item.
• Incorrectly ordered, with contact initiated with TAG Online within 3 working days of the receipt of the item.

The following factors will void an item being considered for return:

• Goods damaged by the customer whilst on their premises following delivery within the 3 days of receipt.
• Bespoke or made to order items are completely nonrefundable.
• Goods altered or modified by the customer whilst on their premises following delivery within the 3 days of receipt.

Items purchased and declared incorrect for usage following the elapsed 3 working days will not be accepted. The Buyer accepts responsibility for the capacity or performance of the Goods purchased being sufficient and suitable for their intended use.

 

Refund will be issued within 5 days of the product returning to premises.
