Contactless Delivery

We want to keep your site moving but we are committed to the health and safety of our team as well as yours.

So we have implemented a new process for site deliveries – Contactless Delivery.

How does it work?

  1. If you have an order with us, or place one from now on, our team will confirm via email or over the phone the site contact, his/her email address and phone number if we don’t already have this information.
  2. When our driver approaches he will call the nominated number so they can ensure they, or the site team, can unload quickly so to minimise time spent on site and any interaction.
  3. Our driver will then unstrap the items or open the truck and make the item being delivered easily accessible. They will then either return to their cab or move to a safe distance.
  4. Once unloaded the driver, your account manger or a member of the sales team will send the site contact a link to complete an online Proof of Delivery via text or email.
  5. Once this has been submitted and received our driver will leave site.

At all times the driver will be wearing both a mask and a fresh pair of disposable gloves (thrown away after every delivery) and will have hand sanitiser in the cab.
