The TAG Online Fork Mounted Sweeper is a quick and efficient way to clear and re-heap loose materials such as sand, topsoil, grain, and more. Simply attach it to your forklift using the secure Twist Screw retention system and turn your forklift into a powerful sweeping tool.

Available in two build options:

• ECO Range – 5 rows of durable bristles for lighter sweeping jobs.

• Heavy Duty Range – 8 rows of robust bristles for tougher applications.

Choose from four widths: 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, and 2450mm, giving you the flexibility to match your site’s needs.

FORK MOUNTED SWEEPER OPERATION

• Position the forklift forks at the correct distance apart to align with the fork hoops on the sweeper attachment.

• Drive the forks into the fork hoops until the fork tips touch the stop plate. Ensure the twist screws are fully retracted before insertion.

• Secure the attachment by tightening the zinc-plated twist screws onto the fork blades. Make sure they are fully tightened for safe operation.

• The Fork Mounted Sweeper is now ready for use.

• Lower the brush until the bristles are in contact with the sweeping surface. Drive slowly, at a controlled pace, in a straight line. The sweeping distance will depend on the surface type and the debris being collected.

• Once the desired distance has been swept, lift the brush clear of the ground and, if required, reverse over the same path to ensure a thorough clean (optional depending on surface, debris, and finish required).

• Repeat steps 5 and 6 until the full area has been cleared.

• Tackle debris piles at right angles to the sweeping direction to form a single, larger heap.

• This final sweep heap is ready for collection or scooping into your chosen waste container.
